Camden Green Fair 1st June 2008

The 17th Camden Green Fair in Regent's Park NW1
Sunday 1st June 12 noon to 7pm

All the fun of the fair with live solar-powered music, ethical fashion, information and advice for greener homes, energy and travel and lots more.

Although this is not a Christian or faith-related event, the Green Fair touches on many of our concerns for a fairer world and greater respect for God's creation in all its forms.  

Highlights this year included a food and farming activity area,
a Mad Hatter's Sustainable Tea Party
and a Strictly Fairtrade Tea Dance which succeeded in its attempt
to break a world record!

The Camden Fairtrade Network gathered together a dozen volunteers to help
with the Fairtrade Tea Dance tent and a very popular educational stall
on Divine chocolate!

I donated a raffle prize of Traidcraft products worth £10
on behalf of Christians Together in Camden.
