Music and the Arts in Camden's Churches

With music and art we can welcome people of all faiths and none into our places of prayer. The London Borough of Camden reaches into Central London where there are many opportunities for lunchtime or early evening activities in the Churches.
On this page you'll find churches with regular music or art programmes.

Salvation Army Praise Concerts
2nd Sunday of month 2.30pm followed by refreshments.
In the Salvation Army Hall 16 Haverstock Hill, near Chalk Farm Station
& the Roundhouse. T: 020 7722 7064.
The July concert was a Picnic in the Park in Golders Hill Park when a good number of Camden Christians were joined by a group from Churches Together in Golders Green to enjoy music and fellowship. We were blessed by a sunny afternoon despite stormy rain the night before.

19 July Extra Praise Concert to give Major Jim Williams’ the opportunity to chose his favourite pieces from the band and the songsters at the end of 7 years at Chalk Farm. We wish him well in his new work at HQ looking after the SA’s retired officers.

The August Second Sunday 2.30pm on the 9th was in the form of a welcome to
Lieutenants Ian and Keeley Standley following their installation at the 10.30am service.
