Christians and Jews

Council for Christians and Jews, established in 1942, works with Christian and Jewish communities to promote mutual understanding and combat prejudice and anti-semitism. Their primary focus is Christian Jewish relations but they seek to relate positively to all of Britain's faith communities.

The Hampstead Branch meets at St Andrew’s URC, St Peter’s NW3 
and local Synagogues. 
Meetings are usually 7.45 for 8pm on a Monday or Tuesday evening.

The London Society of Jews and Christians, the oldest interfaith organisation of its kind in the UK, was jointly founded in 1927 by religious leaders of the Liberal Jewish Synagogue and Westminster Abbey.
